Data Processing Addendum

Roles and Scope

For enterprise clients, Juvakel Team Recruiters acts as a data processor and the client acts as the data controller, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. This addendum supplements our Terms of Service.

• We process data only on documented client instructions
• We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data
• Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel
• We notify clients of any personal data breach without undue delay

We may engage subprocessors to deliver services (for example, hosting, analytics, or support). We ensure subcontractors meet appropriate security and confidentiality standards. Cross-border transfers are protected using safeguards consistent with Zimbabwean data protection laws.
