This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for premium services in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to paid features
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Services not delivered as described
  • Cancellation within 7 days of purchase (where applicable)

Refunds are not available for services already consumed or used in full.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your account email
  • Invoice or transaction ID
  • Reason for the request
