Please read these terms carefully before using our recruitment platform and services.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Juvakel Team Recruiters ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Definitions

"Platform"

Refers to the Juvakel Team Recruiters website, mobile applications, and all related services.

"User"

Any individual or entity that accesses or uses our platform, including candidates and employers.

"Content"

All information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials.

"Services"

All recruitment, job matching, and related services provided through our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 16 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • Will comply with all applicable laws
  • Agree to provide accurate information
  • Accept responsibility for your account
  • Understand these terms may change

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Types

Candidate Accounts

  • • Create and manage professional profiles
  • • Search and apply for job opportunities
  • • Receive job alerts and recommendations
  • • Track application status

Employer Accounts

  • • Post job vacancies and requirements
  • • Search and review candidate profiles
  • • Manage recruitment processes
  • • Access analytics and reporting tools

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend using strong passwords, enabling two-factor authentication when available, and logging out from shared devices.

Platform Usage

Permitted Uses

You may use our platform to:

  • Search for legitimate job opportunities
  • Post genuine job vacancies
  • Network with other professionals
  • Access career resources and insights
  • Communicate with potential employers/candidates
  • Use our matching and recommendation services

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our platform to:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Harass or discriminate against others
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
  • Collect user data without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape content

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

When you post content on our platform (resumes, job postings, messages, etc.), you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform
  • Represent that you have the right to share the content
  • Agree that your content complies with our community guidelines
  • Accept responsibility for the accuracy and legality of your content

Our Content

All content on our platform, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and layout
  • Software and algorithms
  • Text, graphics, and images
  • Logos and trademarks
  • Articles and blog posts
  • User interface elements
  • Database structure
  • Proprietary features

Is owned by Juvakel Team Recruiters and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Our processing of personal data complies with the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] of Zimbabwe.

Payment Terms

Free Services

Basic access to our platform is free for candidates. This includes creating a profile, searching for jobs, and applying to positions. Employers receive limited free job postings as specified in our pricing plans.

Premium Services

Premium features and services are available for a fee. When you purchase premium services:

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • All fees are clearly displayed before purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • You're responsible for applicable taxes

Juvakel Team Recruiters does not store full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by licensed third-party payment providers in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

  • • Technical issues preventing service use
  • • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • • Service not delivered as promised
  • • Cancellation within 7 days of purchase

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • • Services already consumed or used
  • • Change of mind after service delivery
  • • Violation of terms leading to suspension
  • • Requests made after 30 days

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Third-Party Content

Our platform may contain content from third parties, including:

  • Job postings from employers
  • User-generated profiles and resumes
  • Links to external websites
  • Third-party integrations and services

We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content.

We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of job postings, employer information, or candidate profiles. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging in recruitment or employment activities.

Employment Relationships

Juvakel Team Recruiters is a platform that facilitates connections between candidates and employers. We are not a party to any employment relationships, contracts, or agreements formed through our platform. All employment terms, conditions, and disputes are between the employer and candidate.

No Guarantee of Employment

Juvakel Team Recruiters does not guarantee employment, job offers, interviews, or hiring outcomes. The platform provides tools to facilitate recruitment, but all employment decisions are made solely by employers.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, internet disruptions, government actions, labor disputes, or third-party service failures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juvakel Team Recruiters shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Actions or omissions of third parties
  • Technical failures or security breaches
  • Content accuracy or employment outcomes

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Juvakel Team Recruiters, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your content or job postings
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Using the account deletion feature in your settings
  • Contacting our support team
  • Sending a written request to our contact email

Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease, but some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms of service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse or harass other users
  • Fail to pay for premium services
  • Pose a security risk to our platform

We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for serious violations.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease, and you must stop using our platform. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive termination.

Governing Law and Disputes

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwe courts.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication. If you have a concern:

  1. Contact our support team first
  2. Provide detailed information about the issue
  3. Allow reasonable time for resolution
  4. Consider mediation before legal action

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions, collective arbitrations, or representative proceedings against us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date
  • We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification
  • Changes will take effect 30 days after notification for existing users
  • Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms

If you disagree with updated terms, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
